When are boxes packed? When are they delivered?
Boxes are packed on Wednesday and delivered Wednesday/Thursday depending on your location.

What are the free home delivery locations?
Free Home Delivery Locations available in Carpinteria, Montecito, Santa Barbara, Goleta, Buellton, Solvang, Santa Ynez and Lompoc.
If you are unsure if you qualify for free home delivery, contact us and we’ll let you know.

What is the order deadline?
Order Deadline: Monday at 10am If you place an order after 10am on Monday it will be delivered the following week.
Payment Order status "on-Hold"
If you have made an order but have not completed the payment yet, your order status will be placed “On-hold”.
Whenever ready, follow these steps to proceed with the payment, read below:
Step1: Login
Step 2: Go My account page > Orders. Select the Invoice you wish to pay. Click Pay
Step 3: Check the amount and items carefully. If confirmed, click Pay now. This will redirect you to a secured site by Swirepay which you may fill-in your credit card details, privately. Note: Sunrise Organic Farms does not store or share any credit card details in our store.
Step 4: Please check your email for Invoice payment confirmation. Order shipment will be processed within 24 hours.
